There are several variables involved in making awesome espresso. The Espro Calibrated Tamper is design to remove one of these variables, the tamp pressure. It works by giving the barista a 30 pound force feedback. When 30 pounds is applied to the grounds, the tamper makes a subtle but satisfying click.
