Hottop KN-8828P-2K Home Drum Roaster

The Hottop P drum roaster model is the more advanced of the two Hottop Models. It allows you to use an automatic program in addition to a manual mode. The manual mode allows you to program nine different profiles with 8 segments each and the Hottop will memorize your programmed profiles. The Hottop is great for light to medium dark roasts; if you prefer dark roasts you can alter the amount of beans to get darker results. The Hottop includes some safety features which prevent you from burning your roast, forgetting about your roast, and potentially starting a fire. During roasting you are able to add more time to keep the beans in longer and eject the beans at any time. With this model you set a program, pre-heat the roaster, drop the beans in, and monitor them closely to get your desired results. It is user friendly, easy to use, and you are able to get some really great consistent roasts.
